Have your say and influence future skills for the region

Employers in Devon, Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay are encouraged to contribute to the Heart of the South West 2020 Employer Skills Survey.

Working with the Heart of the South West LEP, Serco have commissioned Wavehill, a social and economic research company, to gather information on the skills gaps and training needs facing SME businesses now and over the next few years.  Wavehill have developed a survey for employers with more than 3 employees to collect data on the skills needs of businesses to provide evidence to inform the LEP’s skills strategy and funding, and what interventions may be needed in the future.

Contributions from a range of organisations, from start-up and SMEs to multinationals based in the HotSW, are essential in providing a full picture of the skills requirements locally; this is an opportunity for employers to share their challenges around skills, and influence the future skills development and support in Devon and Somerset.

Please complete the survey by Friday 28 February 2020.
